Hadramout: Dead Turtles Found on Mukalla's Beaches

The coasts of Hadramout are showing alarming signs that warn of an environmental disaster which could threaten marine life in the region, after a number of dead turtles were found washed ashore on the Al-Sitteen and Khalaf beaches in the city of Mukalla.
Citizens said they saw dead turtles along the two beaches, a scene that has caused concern and sadness among beachgoers and environmental enthusiasts, especially since sea turtles are considered rare creatures important for ecological balance.
This distressing sight raises urgent questions about the real causes behind the death of these turtles, and whether it is linked to sea pollution from ship waste and plastic debris, or other environmental factors that could be affecting marine life on the coasts of Hadramout.
Activists and citizens called on the competent authorities to open an urgent investigation to uncover the causes of this phenomenon and take the necessary measures to protect the marine environment and prevent its recurrence, stressing that preserving marine wealth is a shared responsibility that requires swift and serious action.
