Al-Muharrami's return comes amid a field escalation on several battlefronts, with continued fierce battles and confrontations between government forces and the Houthi group on several axes.
Al-Muharrami's return also coincides with a continuous Houthi escalation on several fronts, most notably the Taiz and Lahj fronts.
