Youth National Team Faces Saudi Counterpart with Winning Ambition
The national youth team will face its Saudi counterpart this Tuesday evening in the second round of the Gulf Youth Cup, hosted by the Qatari capital, Doha.
The team completed its technical and physical preparations on Monday evening at University Stadium (No. 1) in readiness for the anticipated match against the Saudi team. The coaching staff began the training session with warm-ups, stretching, and light drills, followed by tactical applications and technical plays that varied between possession and rapid offensive and defensive transitions, amidst high concentration and morale.
Our national team enters the match against Saudi Arabia with high morale and great determination, bolstered by their valuable 2-0 victory over their Iraqi counterpart in the first match. They aim to secure the three points and affirm their strong start, despite the difficulty of facing the previous edition's champions, the Saudi team.
The match will take place at 8:00 PM this Tuesday at Al Ahli SC Stadium in the Qatari capital, Doha. Our team will play in its primary kit (red - white - black), and the goalkeeper in grey.
