Our national youth team secures its first win in West Asia against Palestine

The national youth team kicked off their journey in the West Asia Championship, held in Jordan, on Saturday with a 2-0 victory over their Palestinian counterparts, in the opening match of Group A.
Ali Mohammed Farea opened the scoring for our national team early in the sixth minute, giving the team an advantage they maintained until the end of the first half.
In the second half, the Yemeni team extended their lead with an own goal scored by Palestinian player Zaki Alqam in the 80th minute, securing the team's first three points in the tournament.
The national team plays in Group A alongside Syria, Palestine, and Lebanon, while Group B includes the teams of Jordan, Oman, and the UAE.
