Houthi: Saudi Arabia Mobilizing Forces, Seeks to Expand War with US and Israeli Participation
Houthi leader Abdul-Malik al-Houthi said the United States is conducting interception operations in Saudi airspace and studying escalation options alongside Riyadh, accusing Saudi Arabia of seeking to involve the United States and "Israel" in large-scale military operations against his group in Yemen.
Al-Houthi added that Saudi Arabia has mobilized tens of thousands of troops in the deserts of Al-Jawf, Mokha, the West Coast, and Al-Bayda, noting that his group responded by targeting deep inside Saudi Arabia, as part of what he described as "countering the siege with a siege and escalation with escalation."
Al-Houthi said: "We advise the Turks and Pakistanis not to get entangled for political and material gains from the Saudi enemy."
He also claimed the Kingdom seeks to "bring in takfiris from Syria at a time when Syria is being completely violated," as he put it.
He added: "We are fair and do not come with impossible conditions. We say stop the aggression and end the siege."
The leader of the group, which controls the capital Sanaa, called on his supporters to continue "mobilization... confronting the aggression and building military and security capabilities."
