Houthis Announce 6 Attacks on Saudi Arabia
The military spokesperson for the Houthi group, Yahya Saree, announced the execution of six military operations targeting oil facilities, airports, and military gatherings in Saudi Arabia.
Saree said, in a statement, that the attacks targeted the Ras Tanura and Rabigh refineries, the Aramco company in Abqaiq, King Khalid Airport in Riyadh, and King Fahd Airport in Dammam, in addition to military gatherings in Najran.
The Houthi spokesperson claimed that the attacks achieved their objectives, vowing to continue the escalation until what he described as the "aggression" is stopped and the siege on Yemen is lifted.
In contrast, the Saudi-led coalition announced earlier the destruction of two ballistic missiles launched by the Houthi group towards Riyadh.
For its part, the Saudi Civil Defense confirmed that one person was injured and material damage occurred to a house due to falling shrapnel from the interception of the two ballistic missiles.
