Mourinho: We Have Many High-Quality Players
Real Madrid is currently playing a match against its host, Greek side AEK Athens, on Wednesday evening, as part of the fourth round of the league stage in the UEFA Champions League.
Portuguese coach José Mourinho announced the Real Madrid lineup against the Greek team, stressing that having such a large number of talented players poses no problem for him.
He said: "We have many high-quality players, and having a large number of players has never been a problem for me. The problem lies in having few options."
He added: "The problem is not having multiple options; on the contrary, it's a positive thing. Diomandé can play on both wings, as can Brahim Díaz. Endrick is better on the right, but he can also play on the left."
He continued: "As for Vinícius, among all these players, he is the most suited to playing on the wing, specifically on the left. We are well aware of that."
The Real Madrid lineup was as follows:
Goalkeeper: Thibaut Courtois
Defenders: Denzel Dumfries - Éder Militão - Antonio Rüdiger - Marc Cucurella
Midfielders: Eduardo Camavinga - Bernardo Silva - Jude Bellingham
Forwards: Yan Diomandé - Vinícius Júnior - Kylian Mbappé
