Child Injured in Houthi Shelling on Residential Villages in Taiz

A 13-year-old girl was injured on Tuesday by multiple shrapnel wounds across her body from a mortar shell fired by Houthi militias on residential villages in the al-Aqroudh area of Taiz governorate, southwestern Yemen.
The Office of Siege Affairs in Taiz stated that the girl, Dina Mahmoud Ahmed Hammoud (13 years old), was injured by shrapnel from the shell fired by Houthi militias on residential villages in the area on Tuesday, November 3, 2026.
The shelling is part of the attacks launched by the Houthi group on residential areas along the fronts of Taiz governorate.
